I had it and they DID NOT WANT IT!

Good morning,

I just flew home from a few days spent in Palm Springs helping my sweet friend Robin decorate a few bathrooms. While I was out there I got a cold. It was the all-stuffy cold, no sore throat or fever or aches and pain. My, my, all I did was sneeze and blow my nose. On the way home I was in a middle seat trying to sneeze and blow my runny nose as discretely as possible. I didn’t say one word and neither did either person to the left and right of me. There was nothing any of us could do!! I had it and they DID NOT WANT IT!!

Do you ever feel like people are like that with this beautiful man named Jesus? Can you believe that God loved us so much that He sent His only Son, so that whosoever believes in him will not perish, but have everlasting life? I saw a show and this minister, Pastor Kenneth E. Hagin, had been very sickly as a kid and he was around seventeen I think and he actually died! He told how he left his body and his spirit was pulled down toward hell and he was pulled away from the gate of hell three times and each time he returned to his body he was more clear that God was real and so was hell and darkness. He wanted no part of being separated from God. He wanted light, he wanted his spirit tethered to Jesus.

The thing about Jesus is he loved us first. He wants a relationship. He wants us to talk with him, read about him, be happy, love people fully, love ourselves fully, and understand that being yoked to Him is a comfort, not a burden. We are loved, so love one another. Pretty cool world if we could catch and spread those two things!

Love you, Teri
