Fantastic Sunset

Good morning,

There is something about a fantastic sunset that captures our attention like no other! We try and take a picture of it, but it usually falls short of how awe inspiring it really was. We had some of the most beautiful sunsets in Minnesota last weekend. I love that no man or woman can take credit for a beautiful sunset! We can give God thanks for it!! Some can give the big bang credit for it. Personally, I think it takes more belief to imagine all the intricacies of this world happened by accident than believing a loving God planned and designed on purpose a place and beings that have billions of parts and pieces!

When I see a sunset that takes my breath away it reminds me to pray more, ask Holy Spirit within me for more help in my life, family, and work. Speak out boldly what I want! Learn more about what God wants for me and the people around me.

Proverbs 30: 1-4 says: The word of Agur son of Jakeh of Massa: The man says to Ithiel, to Ithiel and to Ucal: Surely I am to brutish and stupid to be called a man, and I have not the understand of a man [ for all my secular/worldly learning is as nothing]. I have not learned skillful and godly Wisdom, that I should have the knowledge or burden of the Holy One. Who has ascended into heaven and descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in His garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His son’s name, if you know? Every word of God is tried and purified ; He is a shield to those who trust and take refuge in Him.

Agur is calling all his learning from people or himself so small compared to what Father, Son, and Holy Spirit can teach him!!!

The next sunset that brings you amazement, remember how BIG our God is and how far He reached down, because He wants to be your Father, Friend, Comforter, Healer, Redeemer, and Counselor and give you inner peace, joy, love, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control!
