Huge Tree

Good morning,

We had to take down a huge tree in our yard that had Dutch Elm disease. The tree was right next to our garage and hung over the roof. They needed a huge crane to do this that sat in the street and reached up and over power lines and it was quite a scene. They tide the tree limb to the crane and the crane kept the tree limbs from falling on our house. The most unexpected thing to me was the tree guy who put the rope around the limb they were cutting, repealed down to the ground after he secured the rope and another guy stayed in the tree with the chainsaw then the one on the ground rode up the crane 40-50feet in the air each time they went up to cut a new section. It looked so fun but definitely dangerous if you didn’t know what you were doing. The trust those three guys had in each other was tremendous! I would say life and death.

This draws a parallel to our lives.

Who is your trust in for life and death?

My testimony is Jesus. He has never failed me ever. I trust Him for my joy, love, family, friends, health, finances, well being, peace….I trust Him for eternity. My soul will never stop. I have it tied securely to Jesus and I fully expect Him when my time on earth is done to lift me up to Heaven with God forever and ever and enjoy the ride!

Eternity is a long time. My prayer is you will believe in Jesus and you will be saved and tied to Him! John 3:16
