Like a Phone

Good morning,

I have been recovering this week from a hysterectomy and I am doing wonderful, thank you Jesus! I have had a lot of time to just rest and stay home. I have been watching a series on; Living in the Balance of Grace and Faith. It is so good!

The teachings are from, Andrew Wommack ministries and he was talking yesterday about In the beginning, Genesis, God created, light, boundaries for water, ground for trees, people and animals, fish in the water, etc and last he created Adam and Eve. Notice He did not create Adam and then go, “Oh no, I need air for him to breathe I better make trees.” “Oh, he will be hungry I better make something to eat”…No, He had anticipated all the supply before He made Adam. Everything was already there. Everything God made is here from the beginning of time! Grace is like this, everything had been made for us to access Grace through what Jesus did for us on the cross. So how do we access Grace, which is unmerited, unearned favor: forgiveness, salvation, healing, supply, protection, comfort, joy in every circumstance, love, goodness, etc… It is a gift. Just like Adam didn’t earn the air before he needed it. It was a gift supplied for him. We use our Faith. Faith believes God has supplied these things and He wants us to have them.

Faith isn’t passive! It requires our cooperation! You need to know what God wants for you and that is in the scriptures. This is in the scriptures; By the stripes that wounded Him you were healed and made whole. If you don’t know that, you can’t ask for it.

A phone isn’t productive unless it is turned on and charged up! We don’t see the invisible things that make a phone catch airwaves (airwaves that have been here since Genesis by the way)that turns it into a voice on two ends that want to talk to each other. We don’t just call someone without knowing their number!!

We are a way cooler receiver built by God to be turned on and receive what he has already supplied to us through Grace by Faith! We don’t know how God does it most the time, but if we have Faith we can receive all he has supplied for us. The way we call Jesus is prayer. The way He gets it too us is belief! Belief He wants me well! Yes, I want to be well too! Thank you Jesus for hearing my prayer and suppling my need!
