Basketball

Good morning,

In Minnesota we are all cheering on the Timberwolves in the playoffs. Basketball has never been so exciting for me. My attention to all things basketball is on high. As I scrolled on Instagram I came across the cutest post by @mummy_anite, a young mother and her probably 7 year old son talking about the little boys basketball game against a Christian homeschool team that he was saying cheated because they had Jesus on their team. It was hilarious as he kept saying things like, “I know he is over their healing them because they get hurt and then boom, He must be laying hands on them under the bench because they are all better back out playing right away.” The Mom keeps trying to interrupt with you have to be a good sport, and don’t make excuses but he keeps giving her examples,” how I can guard Joey but, who can guard Jesus, He is good!” At the end he says,” I heard them say, Thank you God!!”

If only people would invite Jesus into everything we put our hand too and then….thank Him! Jesus is on our team if we believe He is the Son of God and have asked Him into our lives.
