Spiritual Message Board Blog is Live!

Good morning everyone!

We’re excited to announce a new way for you to stay updated on current and past Spiritual Message Board posts that were previously only available via the email subscription. It’s my hope that this platform makes it easier to share the Word with friends and family.

If you are new to the blog, my name is Teri Bennett and I have been writing a simple message early in the morning, about once a week for the last eight years telling my little observations, analogies, teachings from pastors and books about my love for my friend, helper, and Savior, Jesus Christ. Sometimes they include my family, friends, or strangers. Always, my hope is these messages inspire and encourage you to know Jesus loves you and me.

One of my favorite Bible verses is Psalm 138:8: The Lord will perfect that which concerns me. I also like Matthew 14:27: Take courage, I AM! Stop being afraid. Oh and a merry heart makes the bones strong. Oh yes, Proverbs 18:21: Death and life are in the power of the tongue. For sure, Mark 11:24: Therefore I say unto you, what things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.

Happy reading!

Love you, Teri

  2. Teri, I became aware of you through a mutual friend. I lost my best friend, husband a year ago. It seems like the days are getting worse. I have prayed and prayed with so signs. Sometimes I think I’m pray wrong. Thank you from the bottle of my heart.

    1. Thank you Theo, so glad the messages touch you. Grief is a long process so hang in there and remember God has big shoulders and you can lean into Him always. I heard once that if you increase your gratitude and thankfulness your joy gets elevated. My friend says when you are feeling stuck “drop and give me 10” not push ups but 10 things you are grateful for.
