I Have Missed You!

Good morning,

How are you doing today? I have missed you!

We saw our friends Marty and Anne a few nights ago and he asked why I stopped writing the Spiritual messages? I didn’t have a good answer. I just thought maybe people were tired of getting them. He encouraged me to start again and you know what, I am really glad he did!

Talking about Jesus is one of my favorite things.

The good news of the gospel is that we have a Savior who wants to know you and we can know Him. We just have to ask Him into our lives and He does the rest! He does the changing of our heart and mind. The thing is we can’t wait to do this.

I was thinking about the terrible tragedy of the little submarine that was lost for a few days with five people on board. I, first of all could never have gotten in a pop can of a vessel and gone two miles down in water. Just too claustrophobic for that!! But, in the days when no one knew if they were just trapped, hungry, scared, loosing oxygen, we were all so empathic with the thought of such a horrible predicament. Then we found out it had imploded on the way down and I was sad and thankful all at the same time that they weren’t freaking out down there.

Do you think any of them thought that was their last few minutes alive with no time to ask God anything?

My heart hopes you already know this wonderful Jesus who cares about every single thing about you. He loves you more than any parent loves their child. He wants you well physically and mentally. He wants you to pray and talk to Him and the Father. He wants you to get to the point where you can have joy in every circumstance. Joy is elevated as you become forgiving, humble and grateful the closer you get to Him with the help of the Holy Spirit.

If you don’t know Jesus and want to, it is a free gift. Just ask Him to reveal Himself to you. It will be the best thing you ever do for yourself, your family and your friends!

Love you, Teri

  1. Teri, I, too, missed your spiritual message board. Somehow you always seem to come up with something timely while reminding all of us about doing what’s right. Thank you!
