Good morning,

I love a rainy morning! The way you hear it, smell it and shrink back from the lightning bolts and thunder. So powerful! Now a storm is different. It is scary and destructive and can cause so much damage and it usually happens so fast. We are helpless and powerless when it comes to weather. We are just subject to it. We can protect ourselves some with getting to a safe place or go inside and get out of the rain. We do have that choice on our journey in life.

It seems like we can draw parallels from this kind of weather.

A lot of our life is out of our control.

A lot of our life is making choices and living with them.

I saw this saying:

“Which is more important,”asked Big Panda, “the journey or the destination?”

“The company” said Tiny Dragon.

I hope the company you choose starts with Christ and includes people who love Him too! He is my refuge and peace always with me and if I choose to stay in His presence with hearing about Him and reading His word I live with peace and joy! I get His protection and hope. He changes me and helps me to live my life His way.

After you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace who called you to His own eternal glory in Christ, will Himself complete, confirm, strengthen, and establish you (making you what you ought to be.) To Him be dominion (power, authority, sovereignty forever and ever, Amen!
